I was feeling every time throughout the day that a lot of air was entering my ear, as a result, my hearing from the right ear was very less. there was a lot of uneasiness in my ear. this problem occurred three years back. I approached Dr Chanchal Pal two years back. after detailed examination & conduct of various test, a cyst was diagnosed in the right ear. The doctor advised operation of the ear for removal of the cyst. I got admitted in Mool Chand Hospital in the march 2015. on the day of my admission, i was operated upon by Dr Chanchal Pal in the afternoon. The operation was successful. I was discharged from the hospital the next day. Subsequently, i had been going regularly for routine check ups. I am perfectly fine now & have problem what so ever. I would like to mention that Dr chanchal Pal is an extremely professional & competent doctor. She is very friendly & makes it a point to ensure that her patients are totally relaxed & do not have any scare of undergoing an operation. She is always smiling & willing to discuss any problem the patient faces. My stay in MoolChand Hosital was also very good & was fully satisfied with the services offered. I & my husband make it a point to recommend her, whenever any one tells us, he or she has an ENT problem. Wishing HER all the very best in her professional & personal life. Mrs Renu Kumar

As someone who has been to many ENT specialists due to recurrent sinus issues, I would highly recommend Dr. Pal ** *** ** *** ***** While other doctors' medicines didn't help much, I saw great improvement in my condition with Dr. Pal' recommendations. Besides, she is one of the warmest doctors I've been to, ever-smiling, patient, and empathetic.

my wife had dray cough, occurs in every winter season. This year it was too much. In the first meeting she gave us confidence to cure permanently with the treatment and vaccination. We visited her 3 times in 5 days interval with no major improvement. The doctor is very expensive and not very friendly, *** *** ********* ** *** ********** The clinic is very shabby. was not very satisfied with her treatment.

The waiting time was longer than expected. Though I had booked a 5pm appointment, the doctor only saw me at around 5.30pm. Other than that, the diagnosis was quick, and the doctor, friendly and warm; I am only on the first day of the medication, so can't comment on the results yet!

I am residing in New Zealand was suffering ear problem for quite sometime. I was under treatment at Auckland but there hardly any improvement. I visited India a fortnight back & met the doctor. She is extremely professional,helful & digonsed my

problem in the first visit itself. I started the treatment given by her. After taking medicine for two week now, I am feeling better. My mother, Mrs Renu Kumar was also operated by her three years back & after the post operation care & treatment she is fine. We are totally impressed with her professional approach, friendly , helpful attitude. More so she is always smiling & cheerful & puts her patients at total ease. Good , friendly , I have just started medication so can not say about treatment , all over good experience.

I am not happy to doctor. Because i am the full satisfied with the doctor.

We want the solution but we got solutions my ear pain.

Not satisfied with the treatment, no diagnosis is done with the body which doctors always done during the visit....always seems like doctor is busy for another next waiting patient.. yesterday was my 2nd visit with x-ray reports b4 visiting call doctor n she told me no appointment required for that....but after reaching her chamber was told reqd and told me c will give different medicine but end up with previous prescription... not satisfied .
